Watertown Home Sales Cluster Between $500,000 and $910,000 in Late Summer
Watertown recorded 13 property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19. Seven carried a sale price so far, ranging from $515,000 to $910,000 with a median of $750,000; the other six await pricing at the registry. The period's top sale was 69 Hillside Rd at $910,000, sold to a buyer recorded as Hillside LLC. Coolidge Avenue and Repton Circle each saw two transfers. Five of the 13 deeds appear to be trust or estate transfers within the same family, none priced yet. All recorded prices this period fell between $500,000 and $1 million, with a mix of condominium and single-family transfers.
