Watertown Deed Records Show Four Sales Topping $1.2 Million, Five Family Trust Transfers
Nine deeds were recorded in Watertown between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12. Four carried a disclosed sale price, ranging from $490,000 to $1,299,000, with a median of $905,000; the other five, all transfers between family members into trusts, did not disclose a price. The month's top sale was 22 Keith St., Unit 22, which sold for $1,299,000 on Aug. 20. Five of the nine properties were condominium units. With only four of nine deeds reporting a price and no two disclosed sales on the same street, the dataset points to a mix of conventional sales and family trust transfers rather than a single, uniform trend.
