Watertown Records 15 Property Sales as Four Transactions Top $1 Million
Watertown recorded 15 property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, with prices among the 11 disclosed sales ranging from $380,000 to $1,115,000 and a median of $890,000. The top sale was a condo at 77 Waverley Ave, Unit 77, which sold for $1,115,000 on Aug. 4, sold by IC Waverley Townhomes LLC to Wang Jianing and Li Fuyuan. Four of the 15 sales topped $1 million, while four others carried no disclosed price. Eight transactions involved condominium units. Four transfers listed matching grantor and grantee names, consistent with family or trust transfers, though motivations were not reported.
