Watertown August Home Sales Range From $555,000 To $1.32 Million
Watertown recorded 11 property transfers between July 31 and August 29, but only five deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $555,000 to $1,320,000 with a median of $1,115,000. The month's top sale was 48 Beacon Park at $1,320,000, sold by the Joanne Afarian Living Trust to Robert Shay. Six of the 11 transfers, more than half, appeared to be trust, estate, or family transfers and none of them disclosed a price, limiting how much the data can say about overall market tone this period.
