Watertown's Licensing Board unanimously recommended a common victualler license for Bougie Pizza. Owner David Bourgeois, operating as Mangiamo LLC, plans to serve pizza, subs and salads at 212 Waverly Avenue with four stools, Monday through Saturday 8 a.m. to 1 a.m. and Sunday 8 a.m. to midnight. Detective Sergeant Eric Garabedian told the board, chaired by Sandra Kasabian-Hoffman, that the Police Department had "no objection to the issuance of this license" provided no alcohol is served and seating stays capped at four seats within the submitted plot plan.
Board member Jim Sakrikas moved to recommend approval, and member John Labedini, joining remotely, concurred. Fire, building, zoning and health officials also raised no objection, pending remaining permits.
