Watertown Marks CPA's 10th Year With Public Hearing

WATERTOWN — Watertown's Community Preservation Act program is marking its tenth year, with a public hearing set to give residents a closer look at how the money has been spent.

TOWN HALL The town's Community Preservation Act, which funds open space, historic preservation, community housing and recreation projects through a dedicated tax surcharge, is marking a decade in Watertown, according to a Watertown News report. The anniversary will be marked with a hearing at 7 p.m. at the Watertown Free Public Library's Watertown Savings Bank Room, where residents can learn more about the program's first ten years.
