WATERTOWN — Watertown is marking a decade since voters adopted the Community Preservation Act, and town officials are inviting residents to a public hearing reflecting on the program's first 10 years.

The town's Community Preservation Committee is hosting a hearing to mark the 10th anniversary of the Community Preservation Act, according to Watertown News.
