Watertown recorded 14 property transfers from Sept. 18 to Oct. 17, with eight carrying a confirmed sale price ranging from $389,000 to $1,735,000 and a median of $943,500; the remaining six show no price yet, a normal lag in registry data. The month's top sale was a condominium at 273 Edenfield Ave., Unit 273, which sold for $1,735,000. Mt Auburn Street and Bigelow Avenue each saw two transfers, and several sales involved same-family or trust transfers rather than open-market deals. With four of eight priced sales exceeding $1 million, the recorded data points to a market weighted toward higher-priced transactions this period.
