Fourteen Watertown property transfers were recorded between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, but only six carried a sale price so far, ranging from $530,000 to $1,735,000 with a median of $731,250. The top sale was a $1,735,000 condominium at 273 Edenfield Ave., followed by a $1,200,000 sale on Fayette Street. All eight transfers still without a recorded price list the same individual or family as both seller and buyer, consistent with trust or estate transfers rather than open-market sales.
