Watertown Home Sales Range From $415,000 to $2.65 Million in Late Summer Deeds

Sixteen Watertown property deeds recorded between July 10 and Aug. 8 show prices ranging from $415,000 to $2,650,000 among the 11 sales with disclosed figures, with a median of $999,999. The month's top sale was 122 Garfield St at $2,650,000, followed by 16 Russell Ave at $2,020,000. Five sales, roughly a third, did not disclose a price, and seven of the 16 transfers were condominium units, including two apiece on Whites Avenue and Myrtle Street. Three transfers moved property between existing family members or co-owners rather than to outside buyers. The data shows a roughly even split between sales above and below $1 million.
