Sixteen Watertown property deeds recorded between July 10 and Aug. 8 show prices ranging from $415,000 to $2,650,000 among the 11 sales with recorded figures, with a median of $999,999. The month's top sale was 122 Garfield St at $2,650,000, followed by 16 Russell Ave at $2,020,000. Five sales, roughly a third, had no price recorded yet, and seven of the 16 transfers were condominium units, including two apiece on Whites Avenue and Myrtle Street. Three transfers moved property between existing family members or co-owners rather than to outside buyers. The data shows a roughly even split between sales above and below $1 million.
