WATERTOWN — The Watertown Affordable Housing Trust accepted $384,103 in-lieu payment for 6 and 12-14 Church Hill Street. Trustee Zoe Weinrobe raised concerns that the city's in-lieu calculations do not account for actual affordable housing construction costs, which run roughly double the city requirement. In unanimous votes, the Trust adopted new Rules of Practice and Procedure and an Award Decision Policy designed to accelerate award processing by issuing decisions without waiting for approved minutes.
Chair Cliff Cook and Clerk Helen Oliver were unanimously elected to their positions.
