Watertown Cultural Council began planning summer Arts Market and community survey. Under new Chair Elektra Newman, the council assigned Meg Ramsdell to create a Google form for a flash survey, Morgan Henderson to make a QR code, and Greg Papazian to handle social media promotion. For the August 8 Arts Market, members planned volunteer roles and activities, with Morgan to review last year's promotional flyer, Sally Young to request table placement, and Elektra to coordinate volunteer sign-ups.

The council discussed improving its website and exploring online grant applications to better communicate available funding to potential applicants.
