Conservation Commission · Meeting of January 7, 2026
WATERTOWN — Conservation Commission approved conditional determinations for the 108 Water Street multifamily residential redevelopment project. The project, proposed by WSQ Development LLC and represented by McKenzie Engineering Group, Inc., would redevelop a commercial building into a 4-plus-story multifamily residential building with parking, with approximately 87 square feet of the site in the protected 200-foot Riverfront Area. Chair Patrick Towler requested the motion, made by Maria Rose and seconded by Vice Chair Jamie O'Connell; the Commission voted 7-0 to approve.
The developer must coordinate with Conservation Agent Katie Swan before starting site work.
