WATERTOWN — The Watertown Board of Health approved a permit for Cidnam, Inc. laboratory. Founder Zane Jaafar presented on operations and safety precautions, with Chairman Dr. Dominic Amirtharaj and member Kim Netter questioning specifics before voting unanimously.
Director Abbey Myers reported the department is fully staffed after adding new personnel and detailed 206 flu vaccine doses administered, 14 CPR classes held, 7 rabies samples sent to the State lab, 4 animal cruelty cases investigated, and 6 residential hen permits issued. A food variance request from Bar'cino at 47 Main Street was tabled to March 18.
